☞ 企業實習FAQ ☜

企業實習為3學分選修課，每學期開學起第二週舉辦說明會，企業實習委員會將在開學前製作好Google說明會報名表，有意修這門課的學士班大一至大三生與碩士班一年級同學可線上報名參加。而為幫助同學能更快進入狀況，委員會也製作了一份簡易FAQ，若同學有其他疑問或覺得有說明不完整的地方，歡迎隨時提出來討論。

Q1. 企業實習課程會不會與必修課衝堂？

A: 企業實習這門課不用上課，成績來自選修這門課的同學們所交的實習成果與週誌及報告（依學校所附表單格式）。且時間已安排，不會與必修課衝堂。

 

Q2. 表單繳交期限為？

A: 表3-7須在實習開始前繳交，若有特殊情況一定要及早通知，可另行處理。

• 表3與5的個資同意書請詳閱後勾選並簽名。
• 若是自行找到的實習，交表3即可，透過學校介紹 / 企業實習委員會推薦的實習機構請交表5。
• 同學若已成年（滿20足歲），則表7不用交。

 

Q3.合約書每一格都要填嗎？

A: 不止是合約書，表單內每一格都要填好填滿。而合約書作為正式文件，若有缺項或不完整的地方 (如未填公司正式全名或實習內容等)，學校是有權拒絕受理的，所以切記該填的選項都不可留白。

 

Q4. 我的公司不想用 / 欲修改學校的合約書，只認可他們自己的版本

A: 學校合約書無法由實習機構單方面修改。若遇到這個情況，則不用交表4，而是由公司自行與實習同學簽約，再請同學將這份合約正本一份交回系辦作留存。

 

Q5. 因大家實習時數與週數不同，因此不知週誌繳交時間？

A: 週誌與時數週數無關，皆須在實習期間的每週五交。考量一些同學去海外實習或有特殊原因導致無法準時交，只要提前通知一聲，可以在實習結束後統一交。

Ps. 週誌需有主管簽名蓋章，同學萬一無法每週都遇到主管的話沒有關係，可先上傳未簽名的電子檔，但記得實習結束交回系辦的紙本一定要有主管簽名或蓋章。

 

Q6. 期末報告與其他表單繳交期限？

A: 最晚於開學起一週內上傳至雲端資料夾，並將紙本交回系辦。

 

Q7. 一定要保險嗎？假如公司已保了勞保，還需要按照辦法裡說的另外加保意外險嗎？

A: 保險非常重要，若公司無保就要自行投保，這是對同學的人身保障。但若公司已保了勞保，就不用再自行加保意外險了。勞保內關於職災補償有明確說明，可參考這個網址裡的第七章第59條：http://law.moj.gov.tw/LawClass/LawAll.aspx?PCode=N0030001

 

Q8. 暑期實習和學期實習可以兩個都選嗎？

A: 雖然同樣必須滿216小時，但暑期實習和學期實習還是不同的，所以只能擇一不可合併。

 

Q9. 學期實習萬一無法在本學期結束前完成時

A: 請選擇學期實習的同學特別注意，若您的實習有跨到下一個學年度，就必須在實習結束的那個學年度選修本課。例：學期實習自107年6月至108年2月結束，這時選課就必須選107學年度第2學期。

 

Q10. 期末報告日期為何？

A:  暑期實習的同學，報告日期為12月第一週；學期實習則是5月第一週。地點為商院1F04教室，上台報告時間10分鐘（1分鐘公司簡介，4分鐘實習動機與內容，5分鐘實習心得），現場會邀請一位校外講評老師。待時間確定後會發信告知同學，報告日期前一週會再通知一次，並請同學最晚於報告日期一週前將PPT上傳至各自的雲端。收件截止日當天下午17:00會將各位同學的雲端權限轉為僅供檢視，不得再做任何修改。

本系不定期與各相關企業，洽詢可提供暑期實習之名額，俟收到回文確定實習單位名稱、名額、薪資條件及實習期間後，即正式於本系網頁和E-mail公告，以提供學生參考。

◎企業實習課程須知

一、學分計算

（一）學士班及進修學士班學生修習之「企業實習」為三學分（選修）。

（二）碩士班（經營管理組第二碩士組除外）學生修習之「企業實習」為三學分（選修）。

二、時數計算

參加企業實習之學生需在同一實習機構累計實習時數達216小時（含）以上。

三、實習機構

1、企業實習委員會推薦實習機構，請詳「企業實習委員會推薦實習機構」。

2、學生自行推薦實習機構，請詳如「國立臺北大學企業管理學系企業實習課程實施辦法」第八條規定，暑期實習請於每年6月20日前提出申請，學期實習請於每年開學前提出申請。
